  • BibleData by Viz.Bible — Comprehensive catalog of ~3,009 biblical persons with 5,450+ relationships across 59 relationship types
  • Treasury of Scripture Knowledge (TSK) — Public Domain cross-reference system providing relationship mapping between biblical persons
  • Nave's Topical Bible — Public Domain topical index of people, places, and events
  • Chronological estimates follow Ussher's chronology and scholarly consensus ranges

Places Data

Geographic coordinates and descriptions sourced from:

  • OpenBible.info Geocoding — CC BY 4.0 licensed biblical place coordinates
  • Pleiades Gazetteer of Ancient Places — CC BY 3.0 ancient location data
  • Regional classifications follow standard biblical geography divisions

Events Data

Key biblical events with Scripture references drawn from:

  • Canonical Scripture — Event titles and descriptions based on biblical text
  • Chronological Bible Timeline — Period classifications (Patriarchal, Exodus, Judges, etc.)
  • Key verse references point to primary scriptural sources

Relationships & Connections (6,200+ Links)

  • 59 relationship types including family, lineage, authority, spiritual, conflict, and alliance
  • Family relationships (father/mother/child/spouse/sibling/half-sibling/grandparent/in-law) from genealogies
  • Lineage data (ancestor/descendant chains) across generations
  • Person-event (458 links) and person-place associations from scriptural narrative
